Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Expands All-Inclusive Portfolio Through Decameron Hotels & Resorts Partnership

In a strategic move to further broaden its all-inclusive offerings, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has established a partnership with Decameron Hotels & Resorts based in Colombia. This collaboration brings nine midscale resorts into Wyndham’s all-inclusive portfolio, with four of them falling under the renowned Ramada brand.

The partnership with Decameron Hotels & Resorts has resulted in the integration of three Ramada resorts located in Guayabitos on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, namely Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos, Decameron La Marina Guayabitos, and Decameron Isla Coral Guayabitos. Additionally, the 231-room Decameron Club Caribbean in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, has become part of the Ramada brand. Apart from these, five former Royal Decameron properties have been rebranded as Grand Decameron resorts under Wyndham’s Trademark Collection. This includes Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias, Grand Decameron Los Cabos, Grand Decameron Panama, Grand Decameron Montego Beach, and Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach.

Affordable Options for All

Wyndham’s Vice President of Marketing and Brand Operations for Latin America, Jimena Faena, emphasizes that the rates for these newly added properties are designed to cater to a wide range of travelers. With rates starting as low as $150 per night at the Ramada all-inclusives and $250 per night at the Grand Decameron/Trademark Collection resorts, Wyndham aims to make all-inclusive experiences accessible to a diverse clientele. Faena envisions this partnership with Decameron as an initial step towards expanding both brands globally and providing exceptional vacation experiences across all market segments.

Decameron Hotels & Resorts predominantly attracts guests from Latin American countries, which aligns with Wyndham’s strategy to enhance its presence in this key market. With the addition of these nine properties, Wyndham’s all-inclusive portfolio now comprises a total of 60 properties, underscoring the company’s commitment to offering a wide range of options to travelers seeking inclusive vacation experiences.

This collaboration with Decameron Hotels & Resorts builds upon Wyndham’s previous initiatives, such as the launch of the Wyndham Alltra brand in 2021 and the partnership with Spain’s Palladium Hotel Group in 2022. Furthermore, the recent opening of the Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle Resort & Spa all-inclusive in Bridgetown underscores Wyndham’s dedication to expanding its presence in the all-inclusive sector and providing travelers with diverse and appealing accommodation options.
