The Delta One Lounge Elevates the Airport Experience

Delta has recently introduced its first premium lounge, the Delta One Lounge, located at New York’s JFK International Airport. Spanning over 39,000 square feet, this lounge is positioned between Concourses A and B in Terminal 4, right next to the main security checkpoint. What sets this lounge apart is the fact that it is the largest of its kind, surpassing any Delta Sky Club available.

The Delta One Lounge is designed to cater to same-day departing or arriving Delta One ticketed passengers, along with Delta 360° members traveling with a same-day ticket in Delta first class. Additionally, customers flying with certain Delta partners, including Air France La Premiere and Business Class, LATAM Premium Business Class, KLM Business Class, Korean Air First Class, and Virgin Atlantic Upper Class, are eligible for access to this premium lounge.

Exceptional Services and Amenities

From the moment Delta One customers check-in, they are greeted by a team of “elite service agents,” providing them with warm towels and light refreshments. This fall, the check-in area will also feature a private TSA screening lane for added convenience. The lounge offers a wide range of services and amenities, including fine dining options that pay homage to New York delis, spa-like wellness treatments, and personalized services.

Luxurious Dining Experience

The 140-seat Brasserie restaurant within the Delta One Lounge offers a three-course meal service, providing patrons with an exquisite dining experience. The Market and Bakery area, inspired by New York delis, serves items plated for walk-up service. Guests can enjoy classic cocktails at the bar or order from the beverage cart circulating in the lounge. The lounge’s design takes inspiration from iconic New York landmarks and features Missoni accent pillows, vases, and coffee table books.

The Delta One Lounge boasts a wellness area with nine relaxation pods equipped with massage chairs and nap chairs that can be reserved. Certified therapists from Grown-Alchemist offer a variety of treatments to help guests unwind and relax. Adjacent to the wellness area is the serene Serenity Lounge, providing a quiet space for guests to rejuvenate. The Rejuvenation Bar offers a selection of nonalcoholic beverages, fruit, herb-infused waters, and juices.

For travelers on the go, the Delta One Lounge provides eight shower suites complete with towels, bathrobes, and slippers. A valet attendant is also on hand to shine shoes or press clothes while guests freshen up. Those looking to work can take advantage of eight individual soundproof booths within the lounge. In addition, Delta One Lounges are set to open at Los Angeles International and Boston Logan airports later this year, further enhancing the airport experience for premium passengers.
