Sabre has collaborated with Internova Travel Group to introduce a revolutionary booking solution specifically designed for new travel advisors and independent contractors (ICs) who do not rely on a Global Distribution System (GDS). This innovative product, known as Sabre Red Launchpad, is aimed at simplifying the booking process and facilitating quick onboarding for advisors.

Sabre Red Launchpad offers a user-friendly graphical interface that allows advisors to effortlessly shop for and book basic air, hotel, and car itineraries. The primary objective behind Launchpad is to streamline the essential profile, shopping, and booking experience, making it more accessible for new advisors to get started. In cases where more complex itineraries are required, advisors can seamlessly transition to Sabre Red 360 for additional support.

While the initial version of Sabre Red Launchpad focuses on simplifying the booking process, Sabre aims to evolve the platform over time to enhance its functionality. The goal is to strike a balance between ease of use and comprehensive booking capabilities, ensuring that advisors have the tools they need to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Internova Travel Group has played a pivotal role in the development of Launchpad, emphasizing the importance of catering to non-GDS users and providing access to New Distribution Capability (NDC) content. Through close collaboration with Sabre, Internova aims to position itself as a leader in NDC content consumption, offering its advisors a competitive edge in the evolving travel industry.

Internova actively engaged in beta-testing Sabre Red Launchpad with a select group of 30 advisors, gathering valuable feedback to improve the platform’s performance and usability. This feedback-driven approach ensures that Launchpad meets the needs and expectations of advisors, setting a precedent for future enhancements and updates.

As part of the strategic partnership between Sabre and Internova, the initial rollout of Sabre Red Launchpad is exclusively available to Internova agencies under the co-branded name Internova SNAP. This exclusive access allows Internova advisors to leverage the benefits of Launchpad before its wider release to non-Internova agencies later this year.
