Sunswept Resorts, the home of BodyHoliday and StolenTime in St. Lucia, is set to host a series of wellness activities led by experts in various fields. From May 4 to 18, BodyHoliday will offer a range of sailing lessons conducted by professional sailors. Guests can participate in ASA Sailing Certification courses, competitions, excursions, and wellness treatments tailored for sailors. This provides a unique opportunity for guests to hone their sailing skills while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of St. Lucia.

Wellness Inspired by Movement

In June, BodyHoliday will host Jive June, a series of wellness activities focused on movement. Dance experts like British professional dancer Ian Waite and international dance instructor Jennifer Benavidez will lead classes and workshops. Guests can explore different styles of dance and discover the joy of movement as a form of wellness.

Family Fitness and WellfitTribes

From July 1 to August 23, BodyHoliday will celebrate family fitness with its WellfitTribes program. Guests aged 12 and older can take part in activities like beach boot camps, yoga classes, and courses on first aid CPR, basic sailing, and healthy cooking. The program aims to promote fitness and healthy living among families vacationing at the resort.

Sailing and Dance at StolenTime

StolenTime will also offer sailing programs, led by British champion sailor Sophie Ainsworth, from April 22 to May 3. In June, the resort will host Jive June, featuring dance classes led by professional dancer Stefanie Salyers. Guests can learn various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, and Latin ballroom. Master class dancer Magdalena Michno will also be on site to lead dance classes throughout the month.

For solo travelers, the resort offers Summer Solos events, including happy hours, sunset cruises, beach parties, and group activities. In July, guests can participate in workshops like Get Your Mojo Back with Clio Wood, led by a renowned British women’s health and sexual well-being expert. These activities are designed to cater to the needs and interests of solo travelers seeking a fulfilling vacation experience.
