Royal Caribbean Group has recently announced a new program that allows cruisers with loyalty status on Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, or Silversea Cruises to apply that status level to all three cruise lines. This initiative aims to encourage customers to remain loyal to the brands under the Royal Caribbean Group umbrella, providing them with added benefits and perks.
By participating in the Loyal Status Match program, cruisers can seamlessly transfer their status level across the three brands. This means that if a guest has earned status on Celebrity or Silversea, they can enjoy the same perks and privileges when sailing with Royal Caribbean International. The goal is to create a sense of continuity and familiarity for customers, regardless of which brand they choose to sail with.
Typically, status is achieved by the number of nights sailed with a particular brand. However, the program will also feature promotions and special stateroom categories that offer additional points, allowing guests to reach higher status levels more quickly. Once a guest attains a status level, they will automatically be granted the equivalent tier status on the other two cruise lines within the group.
Each brand under the Royal Caribbean Group has its own loyalty program – Crown & Anchor Society for Royal Caribbean, Captain’s Club for Celebrity, and Venetian Society for Silversea. Guests enrolled in multiple loyalty programs will benefit from the highest tier status across all brands, enabling them to enjoy onboard perks such as discounted drinks and priority waitlist seating.
The Loyal Status Match program is set to launch on June 5, allowing guests who have their status matched to begin taking advantage of the benefits. Points earned during a sailing will only be applied to the loyalty program associated with that specific brand, ensuring that each loyalty program remains independent.
Royal Caribbean Group’s Status Match program is designed to enhance customer loyalty and provide additional value to cruisers across its three brands. By offering a seamless transfer of status levels and exclusive onboard perks, the program aims to create a more personalized and rewarding experience for guests. As the program rolls out, loyal customers can look forward to maximizing their benefits and enjoying a consistent level of service across all Royal Caribbean Group brands.
