Universal Orlando Resort will be introducing a new and exciting addition to its theme park this summer – DreamWorks Land. This new area will feature beloved characters from popular movies such as “Shrek,” “Trolls,” and “Kung Fu Panda.” Visitors can expect a wide range of activities that cater to the whole family, making it a must-visit destination for guests of all ages.
One of the highlights of DreamWorks Land is Shrek’s Swamp, where guests will be greeted by a 35-foot-tall cottage belonging to Shrek himself. This area will offer various attractions, including character meet-and-greets at Shrek’s Swamp Meet, a play area for little ones at Shrek’s Swamp for Little Ogres, an interactive experience at Mama Luna Feline Fiesta, and more. Additionally, guests can hop on interactive lily pads at King Harold’s Swamp Symphony or grab a snack at Swamp Snacks.
In Trolls Village, visitors will be mesmerized by a centerpiece fountain featuring Poppy and Branch. The village will also be home to the Trolls Rollercoaster, Poppy’s Playground, and Troll’s Treats. Additionally, there will be a retail location called High Five Hideaway, where guests can pick up souvenirs to remember their visit.
For fans of “Kung Fu Panda,” DreamWorks Land will feature Po’s Kung Fu Training Camp. This play area will offer both wet and dry play spots, as well as interactive experiences for children to enjoy. Guests can also participate in the digital meet-and-greet with Po and his cousin, Ling Ling, at Po Live!
The DreamWorks Imagination Celebration will be the perfect place for fans of DreamWorks Animation stories. This immersive experience will include hit pop songs, dancing, and advanced technology to create a party-like atmosphere that will leave guests in awe.
