Exciting New Nickelodeon Resort Coming to Orlando in 2026

In a thrilling announcement for families and Nickelodeon fans alike, a brand new Nickelodeon-branded resort is set to open in the Orlando area in 2026. Named the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando, this exciting development will be part of the Everest Place complex. The $1 billion project spanning 220 acres in Kissimmee is a collaboration between Everest Place, Nickelodeon’s parent company Paramount, and Lion Star Hospitality, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

Set to feature 400 hotel rooms and condo units, the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando promises a truly immersive experience for guests. Themed accommodations will allow visitors to interact with beloved characters from Nickelodeon franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Imagine the joy on children’s faces as they come face to face with their favorite characters in real life.

The resort will also boast a variety of food and beverage options to delight guests of all ages. From the SpongeBob-inspired Le Spatula restaurant to Mikey’s Pizzeria paying homage to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ favorite food, there will be something to satisfy every craving. Additionally, the ’90s-inspired Snick Lounge will provide entertainment with games, sports, and live music for the whole family to enjoy.

In addition to character interactions and themed dining experiences, the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will offer a range of exciting amenities. Guests can look forward to making a splash at the Aqua Nick water park, letting kids have a blast at the Club Nick kids club, and picking up souvenirs at the Nick retail shops. The Orlando resort will be a welcome addition to the two existing Nickelodeon resorts in Punta Cana and Mexico’s Riviera Maya, both operated by Karisma.

While the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando marks a new era of Nickelodeon-themed accommodations in the area, it is not the first of its kind. A Nick Hotel previously opened in Orlando in 2005, albeit without the Nickelodeon branding from 2016 onwards. The rebranding and new development signal a fresh start for Nickelodeon’s presence in Orlando, promising exciting times ahead for families visiting the theme park capital of the world.
