Marriott International’s Bonvoy rewards program has recently announced a collaboration with pop sensation Taylor Swift, offering Bonvoy members the opportunity to be a part of Swift’s highly anticipated Eras Tour. Members can participate in this exciting opportunity through a sweepstakes or by utilizing the Marriott Bonvoy Moments platform, where points earned from hotel stays can be redeemed for exclusive experiences, including concerts and sporting events.

As a touring sponsor for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in select series, Marriott International is capitalizing on the surge in demand for events-based travel, especially related to concerts. This strategic partnership with the global superstar comes at a time when concert-related travel is experiencing a significant uptick in popularity.

The recently launched sweepstakes offers Bonvoy members the chance to win one of three distinct packages. From the “3 Concerts, 3 Countries, An Unforgettable Experience” package to the “Vancouver Ultimate Concert Experience” and the “Where Can We Take You?” concert package, winners will have the opportunity to attend Swift’s performances in various international locations. Entry periods for the sweepstakes vary, with some closing dates as soon as March 20 for the Stockholm tour stop and as late as October 9 for the Vancouver stop.

In addition to the sweepstakes, Bonvoy members can also use their points to purchase Taylor Swift tour packages through the Marriott Bonvoy Moments platform starting next month. These packages will include concert tickets, a two-night stay at a Marriott Bonvoy property, dining experiences, spa treatments, and transportation to and from the venue. Although the exact number of points required for these packages has not been disclosed, similar offerings for other concerts have started at around 202,000 points.

Marriott International is not the only travel company leveraging the Taylor Swift phenomenon. G Adventures, for example, is rewarding its top travel advisors with Eras Tour tickets through a campaign titled “You Belong with G Experience.” Additionally, two travel advisors created a fan theme cruise inspired by Taylor Swift, which quickly gained viral attention across social media platforms.

Marriott International’s innovative collaboration with Taylor Swift showcases the growing trend of combining travel experiences with entertainment events. By offering exclusive rewards and unique opportunities to Bonvoy members, the company is tapping into the excitement surrounding the Eras Tour and creating memorable experiences for music fans worldwide.
