In collaboration with the Norwegian Seafood Council, the Le Gavroche residencies will take place on four Fjords voyages in 2024. The series begins with Le Gavroche at The Verandah aboard Cunard’s flagship Queen Mary 2, setting sail to Hardangerfjord on June 2. This five-night residency, available at an additional charge for guests, will cater to 60 diners each evening. Guests will indulge in a tantalizing five-course tasting menu, curated by Roux himself, highlighting the diverse flavors of the sea, all masterfully crafted using the freshest produce.

For those embarking on the Hamburg roundtrip Fjords voyage on August 6, Queen Mary 2 will once again host Roux for a second residency. This intimate, five-night takeover promises to be an extraordinary dining experience for 50 guests each night. The journey continues aboard Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne, as it departs for Stavanger in Norway on August 11. Here, at Sir Samuel’s, Roux will oversee another exclusive Le Gavroche residency, treating 50 lucky guests to an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry. The fourth and final residency will take place on Queen Anne on September 1, as the ship glides through the serene waters to Haugesund, Norway.
