Renowned Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux is set to bring a taste of his iconic London restaurant, Le Gavroche, to Cunard cruises. As part of a partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council, Roux will host Le Gavroche at Sea on four voyages aboard the Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2. This exciting endeavor comes as Roux plans to permanently close the doors of his London restaurant this month.
The culinary journey will begin with a five-night residency on the Queen Mary 2. Departing from Southampton, England, on June 2, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in the delectable creations at Le Gavroche at The Verandah. Departing on August 11 for Stavanger, Norway, this dining experience will accommodate 50 guests each night. Finally, Roux’s last residency will take place on the Queen Anne, during a seven-night fjords sailing from Southampton on September.
