My recent two-night stay in one of these new cabins in August unveiled a plethora of innovative features. One of the most striking elements is the infusion of natural light. However, it’s worth noting that while the cabins are nearby essential facilities, their location is somewhat further from key transportation hubs, such as boat shuttles to the Magic Kingdom. This could mean additional travel time for guests eager to access the park, leading to potential planning considerations for families on a time-sensitive schedule.
As the first wave of guests steps into these modern cabins at Fort Wilderness, it becomes apparent that Disney is forging a path of innovation that intersects nostalgia with contemporary comfort.
