The highly anticipated opening of the Pendry Natirar in Somerset County, New Jersey, is scheduled for late spring. Located less than an hour away from New York City, this project aims to redefine luxury resort destinations in the region. The property, housed in a century-old mansion, will offer 68 guestrooms, 24 residences, a destination restaurant, a working farm, and a ballroom, transforming it into a full-fledged resort experience. Additionally, Montage International is venturing into the Caribbean with projects like Montage Cay in the Bahamas’ Abaco Islands and a Pendry Barbados. The Barbados luxury resort marks a significant addition to the market, introducing a modern design approach compared to traditional Caribbean properties. With 70-80 rooms, 46 residences, a marina, and a destination spa, the development aims to set a new standard for luxury in the region. In contrast, Montage Cay in the Bahamas offers an exclusive island retreat with a focus on privacy, intimacy, and top-tier amenities like a destination spa, watersports, fishing, yachting, and upscale dining options.
