In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the Venetian Resort Las Vegas has announced a monumental $1.5 billion reinvestment project. This ambitious endeavor is set to be one of the largest and most costly hotel renovations in the history of the renowned casino-resort complex.
Central to the project is the complete redesign of all 4,000 suites within the Venetian towers, including the iconic signature suites. Drawing inspiration from the elaborate costumes traditionally worn during the Venetian Carnival festival, the newly renovated suites are scheduled to be available for booking starting this September.
In addition to updated accommodations, the renovation project will introduce new dining concepts, to be revealed later this year. Fresh gaming offerings are also on the horizon, including a remodeled sports book in collaboration with Yahoo, the introduction of a Palazzo High Limit Lounge area, and the unveiling of a new poker room opening this summer. Furthermore, a $188 million overhaul of the resort’s Convention Center is set to commence this summer, featuring a revamped color palette, new lounge areas for meetings, and various technological upgrades.
The Venetian’s latest wave of reinvestment builds upon the recent debut of HaSalon, a luxurious fine dining Mediterranean restaurant within The Palazzo tower, as well as the unveiling of the Sphere at the Venetian entertainment venue last September. These additions showcase the resort’s commitment to innovation and providing guests with unparalleled experiences.
As the Venetian Resort Las Vegas embarks on this groundbreaking renovation project, it solidifies its status as a premier destination for luxury accommodations, world-class dining, and unbeatable entertainment. With a focus on celebrating tradition while embracing modernity, the future looks bright for this iconic Las Vegas landmark.
