For instance, Cape Town Airport in South Africa, Brasília-Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport in Brazil, and Panama City Tocumen Airport in Panama all received a high score of 8.6. These results reveal a clear trend of efficient flight operations in these countries.

While AirHelp’s ranking focuses on various aspects of airport performance, Skytrax, another rating firm, named Doha Hamad Airport as the “World’s Best Airline.” This recognition further emphasizes the importance of providing exceptional services, including food and shops, to enhance the overall airport experience. Dubai Airport and Japan’s Sapporo New Chitose Airport also received praise for their offerings in this regard.
