Amada’s Annual All-You-Can-Eat Cava y Cochinillo Returns This August
WHAT:
Amada will host its signature Cava y Cochinillo event, formerly known as Pig Out, offering guests a multi-course communal dining experience built around cochinillo, or roasted suckling pig. Available for one night only at each location, the dinner includes a welcome cava toast and features:
- First Course: Chorizo Cantimpalo, Croquetas de Jamón and Dátiles
- Second Course: Cochinillo, Rosemary White Beans and Bruselas Catalanas
- Dessert: Tarta de Queso
