The Indian café franchise is expanding across the West Coast, signing 30 franchise agreements in its first year while continuing to welcome new franchise applicants.
Fresno, CA (Restaurant News Release) Chaiwale & Co., a California-based café brand specializing in handcrafted chai and Indian fusion recipes, has signed a 10-unit franchise agreement with new franchise partner Balshinder S. Brar in Fresno, California.
“This is an exciting step for Chaiwale & Co. because it’s our entry into Central California, and it will also be our first drive-thru location,” said Daman Singh, who founded Chaiwale & Co. with his brother Sunny Singh. “We’re excited to bring the brand to a new market and continue building our footprint in California.”
The company has now signed 33 franchise agreements in less than a year of franchising, expanding its reach beyond its original Orange County market. Its current operating California locations include:
