The Popular, Fast-Casual, Fresh Pasta and Italian Cuisine Restaurant Continues Growth Across the Sunshine State

Dalmoros Fresh Italian is bringing its popular, fast-casual, fresh pasta and Italian restaurant to the city’s vibrant Five Points/Riverside area with a new location coming soon at 1018 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204. The 1,280-square-foot Jacksonville restaurant is slated to open in Fall 2026. Owner-Operators are Tyler and Alyssa Gilmore. The opening marks Dalmoros Fresh Italian’s first Jacksonville restaurant and another exciting milestone as the growing brand continues expanding its footprint across Florida and nationwide.
Dalmoros Jacksonville will feature the brand’s wide variety of Italian-inspired, fresh pastas and homemade sauces made from scratch with each meal uniquely served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes. Delicious toppings, Italian-style sandwiches called Paninos, salads, garlic bread sticks, meatballs, tiramisu, soft drinks, beer and wine, gluten friendly and vegan menu options and bagged fresh pasta to take home are all available. Onlookers can also enjoy Dalmoros signature fresh pasta machine making fresh pastas all day. In addition to serving lunch and dinner, the Jacksonville location plans to offer late-night weekend hours, making it a convenient dining destination following events and entertainment in the Five Points neighborhood.

Current Dalmoros Fresh Italian locations include Downtown St. Petersburg, Armature Works in Tampa, The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, CanalSide Food Hall, Faneuil Hall Marketplace/Quincy Market and South Station in Boston. Additional locations across the country are also scheduled to open throughout 2026 and 2027.
