FUSIAN’s signature Chicken Curry Bowl, a long-time customer favorite, is back and available now through October 27. The Curry Bowl features chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, red onions, sweet peppers and edamame accented by flavorful curry sauce made in-house – and nearly 50 grams of protein (choice of chicken or tofu; choice of steak, tuna, salmon, roasted salmon, smoked salmon or crab are also available for an extra charge) served over white or brown rice. FUSIAN’s curry sauce is a signature recipe packed with robust flavors.
