RestaurantData Expands Restaurant Enterprise Index to 100 Company Profiles
Fifty additional company profiles have been published in the Restaurant Enterprise Index, doubling the public research from 50 to 100 companies. The new release adds restaurant brands, parent organizations, franchisors, multi-concept operators and franchise groups across the United States and Canada.
The milestone follows the 50-company release reported by RestaurantNews.com last week. The Restaurant Enterprise Index follows the organizations behind large restaurant systems and connects consumer-facing brands with operating companies, concept parents, franchise organizations and ultimate owners where those relationships apply.

A Broader Mix of Restaurant Enterprises
The new release adds large franchise operators, public and private restaurant groups, travel-center companies and Canadian systems. Because the Index ranks entities, a parent company and one of its brands may both appear as separate profiles; location totals should not be added together.
How the Profiles Are Developed
Profiles draw on company disclosures, franchise documents, public filings, company websites, location research and executive research. The Restaurant Data Dictionary explains the connected entities, while Atlas by RestaurantData provides access to the broader company and location network. Additional profiles will be added and existing profiles reviewed as companies change. Industry publications and researchers may cite or share the research with attribution to RestaurantData and a link to the Restaurant Enterprise Index.
