Rock N’ Roll Sushi Strikes a Chord in Midlothian With First Virginia Location
Original American-style sushi brand delivers bold flavors and signature “Dine Out Loud” experience to the Greater Richmond region
Midlothian, VA (Restaurant News Release) Rock N’ Roll Sushi, the original rock-themed sushi concept known for its inventive rolls and rock ‘n’ roll atmosphere, is ready to make some noise in the Commonwealth with its Virginia debut at 11458 Belvedere Vista Lane on Monday, July 20.
Opening in The Shoppes at Belvedere beside Firebirds Wood Fired Grill near the intersection of Robious and Huguenot roads, the restaurant marks Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s first Central Virginia location and the brand’s 78th systemwide. The restaurant is owned and operated by Justin Jones and Chad Ellis.
Longtime friends Jones and Ellis bring more than two decades of partnership and business experience to Rock N’ Roll Sushi. The Virginia Commonwealth University graduates look forward to introducing the concept’s one-of-a-kind dining destination to Central Virginia.
“Rock N’ Roll Sushi offers something that’s hard to find anywhere else – great food paired with an energetic setting that makes every visit memorable,” said Jones. “Our goal is to give guests more than just another night out. We look forward to welcoming the Midlothian community and creating a place where friends and families can gather again and again.”
Rock N’ Roll Sushi got its start in Mobile, Alabama, putting its own spin on traditional sushi with bold menu creations, vinyl-inspired décor and music videos playing throughout the restaurant. Guided by its “Dine Out Loud” philosophy, every visit is less like a standard meal and more like an all-access pass.
Guests will enjoy a menu featuring stacked sushi rolls, hibachi entrées and bold appetizers, including fan favorites like the VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll, Crowd Surfer Roll and Twisted Tuna, alongside a full bar serving beer, wine, sake and cocktails, before finishing on a sweet note with the towering Hall of Fame Brownies.
Rock N’ Roll Sushi Midlothian will welcome guests beginning Monday, July 20. The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
