Pasadena, CA  (Restaurant News Release)  Stonefire Grill, a premier fast-casual family dining destination for more than 25 years, serving generous portions of scratch-made, classic American-inspired dishes, has introduced a new lineup of seasonal menu offerings featuring comforting flavors and fresh takes on familiar favorites. Available starting today at all Stonefire Grill locations throughout Southern California, the menu features six new dishes, from scratch-made soups and satisfying sides to fresh salads and pizzas. The new lineup arrives at a time when gathering around the table takes on special meaning, giving families and friends more opportunities to share a meal, reconnect and enjoy Stonefire Grill together.

Stonefire Grill’s scratch-made seasonal menu additions include:

• Baked Potato Soup — Creamy potato and bacon soup topped with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
• Margherita Pizza — Classic combination of margherita sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.
• Harvest Salad — Seasonal salad featuring mixed greens, butternut squash, candied walnuts, feta cheese, dried cranberries and apple chips, tossed in a maple vinaigrette.
• Bacon Cheddar Loaded Mashed Potatoes — Stonefire Grill’s signature Garlic Mashed Potatoes, made from scratch with roasted garlic, butter, sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese, loaded with bacon and topped with green onions and cumin crema.
• Chili Loaded Mashed Potatoes — Stonefire Grill’s signature Garlic Mashed Potatoes, made from scratch with roasted garlic, butter, sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese, topped with tri tip chili, green onions and cumin crema.
• Italian Sausage Pizza — Savory pizza topped with Italian sausage, then finished with oregano and parmesan cheese.

Other fall menu updates give guests more ways to enjoy Stonefire Grill favorites, including the popular protein-packed Mediterranean Market Salad, which debuted as part of the summer menu and is now a permanent offering. Stonefire Grill is also expanding its signature burger offering by giving guests the option to enjoy a Classic Cheeseburger or BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger as a single or double patty, with either one 4-ounce patty or two 4-ounce patties. The Classic Cheeseburger features melted cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, caramelized onion, crisp pickles and Stonefire Grill’s special sauce, while the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger features crisp bacon, melted cheddar cheese, Stonefire Grill’s Signature BBQ sauce and Stonefire Grill’s special sauce. Both burgers are served on a potato brioche bun with kettle chips. These updates reflect Stonefire Grill’s continued focus on an evolving menu based on guest preferences while maintaining the quality and familiar flavors guests have come to expect.
