Sumptuous Summer Sunday Brunch at St. Regis Deer Valley's Award-Winning RIME Starts Weekly June 21, 2026. Features a Lavish Spread, Live Music and Exquisite VistasPark City, UT  (Restaurant News ReleaseThe St. Regis Deer Valley launches its popular weekly Summer Sunday Brunch Sunday, June 21, 2026. Coinciding with Father’s Day, it’s an ideal way to celebrate with an incomparable feast that can be enjoyed at the Resort’s award-winning restaurant, RIME, voted Best Of 2026, as well as al fresco on RIME’s Patio under the cornflower blue skies of Park City.  Live music enlivens the festivities. The Summer Sunday Brunch will be offered Sundays from 11:00am to 3:00pm throughout Summer 2026, priced at $85 per adult and $30 per child.

Executive Chef Matthew Fradera’s Buffet menu includes a superb Seafood Station with fresh Jumbo Shrimp, King Crab Legs, West Coast Oysters and Snow Crab Claws; Carving Station with Chef’s weekly selection of grilled or smoked prime meats; Fresh Salad Station with all the trimmings and assorted Sweet Pastries.

A tantalizing selection of small plates are also offered, including favorites such as Chicken and Waffles, Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, St. Regis Poke Bowl, Banana French Toast, and Omelets made to order. Relax and sip an iconic 7452 Bloody Mary or enjoy one of the new St. Regis Summer Cocktails such as the refreshing “Strawberry Fields” or “Check Out Thyme”. The award-winning St. Regis Wine Vault contains more than 10,000 bottles, with numerous vintages available by the glass.

Consider arriving via the Resort’s Funicular, the only at a North American mountain resort. The 90-second trip transports guests from the Lower Funicular Building to the Upper Resort where RIME is located.
