Family-friendly breakfast and lunch concept brings Key Lime Blueberry Pancakes, Mocha Chip Cold Brew and other indulgent items on May 26
Columbus, OH (Restaurant News Release) Sunny Street Café is serving up a new limited-time lineup featuring citrusy pancakes, fair-inspired sweets, fresh salads, savory sandwiches and refreshing cocktails designed for laid-back mornings and sunny afternoon gatherings.
Available beginning May 26, the lineup leads with the new Key Lime Blueberry Pancakes, first introduced as a Mother’s Day special and now making a seasonal return by popular demand. The fluffy buttermilk Fancy Pancakes are layered with key lime custard, graham cookie crumb and sugared blueberries for a sweet-and-tangy flavor combination that channels classic key lime pie in brunch form.
Additional Summer Brunch menu highlights include:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese – Sweet-and-spicy bacon, fluffy baked eggs, double cheddar and smoky aioli on a lightly toasted ciabatta
Baja Shrimp Salad – Ancho-lime shrimp, fresh greens, corn-black bean salsa, smashed avocado, cotija cheese, tomato and tortilla strips served with cilantro-lime ranch
Mocha Chip Cold Brew – Signature cold brew blended with dark chocolate, chocolate chip gravel and topped with vanilla cold foam
Country Fair Donut Holes – Homemade fair-style donut holes tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with crème anglaise for dipping
“Summer brunch should feel a little indulgent, a little nostalgic and a lot of fun,” said Mike Stasko, president of Sunny Street Café. “This menu leans into those moments guests look forward to all year, like relaxing on the patio with a cold brew, sharing something sweet with the table or digging into pancakes that taste like summer vacation.”
The seasonal beverage lineup also features brunch-ready cocktails and refreshing sips, including the new Brunch Punch – a bubbly mix of Tito’s vodka, Champagne, orange juice and peach brightened with a splash of Sprite and house-made strawberry syrup – alongside mimosas and cold brew-based drinks.
“We wanted every item to bring something unexpected to the table,” said Corporate Chef Matthew Stasko. “The Key Lime Blueberry Pancakes hit that sweet-tart balance perfectly. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese is our take on a classic breakfast sandwich, and we think this version is one of the best out there.”
