The St. Regis Deer Valley Announces Farm to Table Dinner Series in Collaboration With Park City Farmers Market
Park City, UT (Restaurant News Release) The St. Regis Deer Valley today announced its first Farm to Table Dinner Series. Executive Chef Matthew Fradera and his creative Culinary Brigade will partner with fine purveyors from the Park City Farmers Market for a series of Farm to Table Dinners crafted exclusively with local ingredients. The first Farm to Table Dinner will be held Friday, July 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM and will include special guests Dan Curran of Frisky Fresh Fish and Todd Coleman of Mountain Town Farm, both purveyors at the Farmers Market.
The Dinners will be held monthly this summer al fresco on the Resort’s lush Grand Lawn with dramatic views of the Wasatch. Limited to just 40 guests at $120 per person, all guests will be seated at a stunning King’s Table. Each dinner will feature purveyors from the Park City Farmers Market, which offers a large assortment of fresh and organic products from local Utah farmers. Optional wine pairings are available. In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be held at RIME, the Resort’s signature restaurant. Reservations can be made at SRDVdining.com or 435-940-5739.
The Farm to Table Dinners add to summer seasonal dining venues including the Summer Sunday Brunch, held every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Resort’s award-winning RIME, voted ‘Best Of 2026.’ Enjoy the lavish Brunch on RIME’s patio or in the restaurant with music featured every week. Seating is available on the patio and in the Restaurant. Reservations are not required but can be made at SRDVdining.com. Adults are $85 and children are $30.
The St. Regis Deer Valley, one of the most luxurious mountain resorts in the world, boasts a Dining Collection that features al fresco and in-restaurant dining including at RIME. RIME’s menu is also served in the sleek and sophisticated Wine Vault with elegant dark blue linen walls and 10,000 bottles with over 1,200 labels. La Stellina, the high-design Italian restaurant where locally sourced produce combines with Italian meats, cheeses, and pastas, has a new terrace for outdoor dining, perfect for a pre or post dinner when attending a Deer Valley Resort Concert. The light-filled Brasserie 7452 great for all ages, offers new twists on favorite French fare, and also serves its menu on the Mountain Terrace with its dramatic Garden of Fire. St. Regis Bar features a vibrant triptych mural that depicts the mining history of Park City. St. Regis Bar is also the birthplace of the most popular libation, the 7452 Bloody Mary, named for the altitude of the Resort. New summer cocktails include “Check Out Thyme” and “Strawberry Fields.” Also new this summer is the popular Beer and Burger Special for $25 at St. Regis Bar for lunch or dinner every Tuesday. Featured beers include St. Regis’ own signature suds such as Tipsy Trolly and Main Street Lager.
Consider arriving at The St. Regis Deer Valley via funicular, the only at a North American Resort. The 90-second trip transports guests 230 vertical feet with stunning views of the Wasatch Range. Or, take the undulating drive with vistas of the Jordanelle Reservoir.
