Charlotte, NC (Restaurant News Release) VIVA Chicken® will mark Memorial Day with a simple gesture of gratitude, inviting guests to dine with a veteran or active-duty service member on Monday, May 25, 2026, and have that hero’s meal covered by VIVA Chicken.
Available for dine-in guests at participating VIVA Chicken restaurants, the Memorial Day offer provides one complimentary meal for a veteran or active-duty service member with the purchase of another meal. The complimentary meal must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased meal.

Because Memorial Day falls on a Monday, guests can also choose VIVA Chicken’s Monday Daily Feature, Chicken Saltado, a bold take on a Peruvian favorite with Viva’s signature rotisserie chicken.
