Agentic Hospitality’s Brad Brewer to Speak to HSMAI Hawaii Members on ‘Winning Bookings”

HSMAI Hawaii members are encouraged to attend a Webinar next week on how guest behavior is evolving, where hotel brands need visibility in the AI ecosystem, and practical strategies for maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly AI-driven marketplace.

Hosted by Brad Brewer, Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer Agentic Hospitality, “Your Next Guest Isn’t Googling You: How to Win Bookings in the Age of AI” will explore how artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping hotel discovery, booking behavior, and direct revenue strategy. Topics will include structured data, machine-readable hotel content, conversational commerce, and AI-ready distribution infrastructure.

The webinar will be presented via Zoom on Wednesday, May 20th, at 11:00 a.m. HAT, and moderated by Dan Wacksman, Founder of Hawaii Hotel Hui and CEO of Sassato. To register for the event, click here.

Widely recognized as a pioneer in applying schema.org structured data and Semantic Web technologies to hospitality distribution, Brewer will share actionable insights on how hotels can adapt today to the shift toward AI-native search and conversational commerce while strengthening direct guest relationships and reducing reliance on third-party intermediaries. Through Agentic Hospitality, he leads the development of AI infrastructure designed to help hotels reclaim control of the guest journey through intelligent orchestration, AI-native discoverability, and direct booking optimization.

“As travelers increasingly rely on AI-powered assistants and conversational search experiences, hotels must rethink how they position themselves digitally,” Brewer said. “This isn’t simply a marketing evolution; it’s a structural transformation in how guests discover and book travel. Hoteliers that prepare now will gain a major competitive advantage in direct revenue and guest ownership.”
