Booking CEO Glenn Fogel Took Pay Cut in 2025 After 2 Big Years

Glenn Fogel, CEO of both Booking Holdings and flagship brand Booking.com, saw total compensation in 2025 of $35.4 million, 21% lower than in 2024, according to a preliminary proxy filing.
The compensation cut was not performance-based — it was due to lower stock awards after two banner years.
In the 2023-2025 period, Booking Holdings achieved “outstanding performance,” namely two times the target of the three-year Performance Share Units granted to Fogel in 2023, and they vested in March 2026, the filing stated. These numbers will be reflected in Booking’s 2027 proxy filing.
