Business Travel Show Europe, the largest corporate travel event in the region, is returning to London this week with two jam-packed days of meetings, content and networking.

Taking place June 24-25, the event is designed specifically for travel buyers; procurement and
HR managers; and executive and personal assistants.

The show has brought the industry together for three decades, and this year more than 3,000 corporate travel professionals from all over Europe will meet at Excel London to kick-start, benchmark and improve their travel programmes.

This is where insiders discover how to cut costs and make savings, learn about new legislation, get inspiration for reducing traveller risk, increased compliance and setting sustainable policy.

Guests will also find new tech to improve automation and efficiencies.

On the agenda for 2026

Exclusively for hosted buyers, the Innovation Faceoff will showcase the latest cutting-edge products, technologies and services developed by startups and suppliers during the pre-show conference on 23 June.

Over 150 innovative, disruptive and leading suppliers with specialist areas including Business Travel Tech Zone, Airline Pavilion, Accommodation Village, The Hub and BTN Start Up Zone.

They will showcase the latest tools and services designed to deliver better value for businesses and travellers.

Business Travel Show Europe hosts the largest conference programme in Europe, featuring almost 30 sessions for bookers, buyers and managers at all experience levels delivered by more industry thought leaders.

This is the place to meet thousands of fellow senior buyers and suppliers from across Europe. From peer-to-peer and supplier networking sessions to informal social events, buyers expand their professional network and create long-lasting connections with existing colleagues and new acquaintances.

Finally, in return for committing to pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors of their choice, hosted buyers enjoy a three-day conference programme, personal online diary system, up to two nights’ complimentary accommodation and an invitation to the buyer-only masterclass sessions at the show.
