China to Order 200 Boeing Planes, First Order in Nearly a Decade

China is set to order 200 planes from Boeing, President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News on Thursday. 

“One thing he agreed to was he’s gonna order 200 jets. That’s a big thing, Boeings” Trump said in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, referring to Chinese President Xi Jinping. 

Trump did not specify in the interview what type of jets China was ordering, but added that Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg “wanted 150, he got 200” jets. The White House and Boeing did not immediately respond to requ
