Flae Robotics Secures Historic Weetwood Hall Estate as Major UK Partner for BE-A AI Receptionist

Czech technology startup Flae Robotics has announced a new partnership with four-star Weetwood Hall Estate in Leeds, marking a significant step in its expansion into the UK hospitality market. The hotel will implement BE-A, Flae’s AI-powered hotel receptionist that automates guest communication across email, WhatsApp, webchat, and voice channels.

BE-A acts as an AI receptionist for modern hotels, communicating with guests via WhatsApp, email, webchat, and phone calls, responding within seconds, and operating 24/7. The platform assists with room availability, reservations, wellness bookings, parking, upselling, and common guest enquiries. BE-A is the industry’s first AI to book hotel reservations over the phone, offering natural, human-like conversations through BE-A Voice.
Weetwood Hall Estate combines modern hospitality services with centuries of history. Built around a manor house dating back to 1625, the property offers 114 rooms, 34 conference and meeting spaces, and a nine-acre parkland estate. The hotel is known for its award-winning Stables Pub and Convive restaurant, focused on modern British cuisine, and is one of the leading conference and events hotels in the North of England.

“The UK is a strategically important market for us, and partnering with Weetwood Hall represents an important milestone,” says Filip Linek, CEO of Flae Robotics. “Weetwood Hall is a beautiful historic property with a strong conference business and demanding operational requirements. This is exactly the type of environment where BE-A can deliver real value to hotel teams and guest experience.”
BE-A is already operating in multiple hotels across the Czech Republic, including the H&Hotels Group’s eight Prague hotels, where it helps automate a significant portion of guest communication, accelerate response times, and increase direct bookings. Flae Robotics is now continuing its international expansion as hotels across the UK search for solutions to staffing shortages and rising guest expectations for instant service.
