Innspire Powers Digital Guest Journey at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University

Innspire, a leader in digital guest-engagement solutions for hotels and resorts, today announced the successful deployment of its integrated platform at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University, one of the world’s premier teaching hotels. The deployment introduces a seamless digital guest journey (from booking through post-stay) powered by Innspire’s mobile app, AI Concierge, and deep system integrations. Located in Ithaca, New York, The Statler Hotel is operated by Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration and serves as a “living laboratory” for future hospitality leaders. With Innspire’s technology now in place, students are gaining hands-on exposure to advanced hotel systems, including mobile guest engagement, AI-driven service automation, and integrated digital operations.
