The collaboration with Chef Pam will come to life across 16 selected MGallery Collection properties spanning Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas and the Middle East.

Signature creations including Beef Tartare with Chilli Crème & Caviar, Golden Crab Toasts, and Crispy Squid with Ink Dip reflect Chef Pam’s hallmark balance of strength and finesse.
