Newport Beach, CA (Restaurant News Release) National Franchise Sales (NFS) has been engaged to manage the marketing and sale process for approximately 50 Carl’s Jr. restaurant locations operated by Sun Gir Incorporated and affiliated entities as part of an ongoing Chapter 11 proceeding.
The Chapter 11 cases are pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana Division. The portfolio consists exclusively of California locations, with restaurants located primarily throughout Southern California and additional smaller presence in Northern California markets.
The decision to engage National Franchise Sales was driven by NFS’s extensive experience managing franchise restaurant transactions, distressed asset sales, and restructuring-related engagements throughout the franchise restaurant industry.
