Royal Caribbean’s Profit Can’t Mask a Dimmer Earnings Forecast

Royal Caribbean Group posted a better-than-expected quarterly profit Thursday, but the Iran war is expected to leave a mark on its bottom line.

The cruise line reported 11% revenue growth to $4.5 billion, with net income up 29% to $941 million.

But Royal Caribbean now expects full-year fuel expenses to reach about $1.3 billion, or $0.62 per share above prior guidance. T
