Teriyaki Madness Brings Mad Vibes to First-Ever Westchester County Location

Let's Go!

Celebrate April 24 with $6 bowls and a grand opening weekend worth showing up hungry for

Teriyaki Madness Brings Mad Vibes to First-Ever Westchester County LocationNew Rochelle, NY  (Restaurant News Release)  New Rochelle just got a little saucier and a lot more delicious. Teriyaki Madness (TMAD) is officially opening its doors at 20 LeCount Place on Friday, April 24, marking the Seattle-style teriyaki brand’s first Westchester County location in New Rochelle, and giving locals a new go-to for craveable, made-to-order bowls stacked high with premium proteins.

To celebrate the grand opening, TMAD is dishing up an unbeatable deal to draw a crowd and keep them coming back for more. Guests can snag $6 bowls that Friday, giving the community a chance to experience the massive portions, fresh ingredients and signature sauces that have helped the brand build a loyal following.

The new shop is owned and operated by Jumping Rock Management LLC, the group behind another Teriyaki Madness location in Rockaway, NJ, with plans already in motion to expand into Yonkers later this summer.

“New Rochelle has the energy, the growth and the kind of community that actually goes out to support something new,” said Tony Santarelli of Jumping Rock Management LLC. “What stood out to us is how diverse this area is, and that lines up perfectly with what we do. This isn’t sit-down, wait-forever food. These are real ingredients, cooked to preference, served in portions that don’t leave you wondering what just happened. We’re here to give people something they didn’t know they were missing and make it part of their routine.”

The location also brings a strong local connection, with several team members coming from New Rochelle, including students from nearby universities, creating a shop that feels embedded in the community from day one.

TMAD has built its reputation on customizable bowls stacked with premium proteins like marinated chicken, steak, salmon and tofu, paired with fresh vegetables and its signature gluten-free teriyaki sauce.  Every bowl delivers a fast casual experience that doesn’t cut corners.

“Every time we enter a new market, the goal is simple. Show people what teriyaki is supposed to taste like when it’s done right,” said Jodi Boyce, chief marketing officer of Teriyaki Madness. “New Rochelle is getting the full experience, from the food to the vibe in the shop. Once people get their hands on these bowls, it tends to turn into a habit pretty quickly.”

Teriyaki Madness New Rochelle will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information or to view the menu, visit TeriyakiMadness.com.

About Teriyaki Madness

Teriyaki Madness (TMAD for short) is a fast casual Seattle-style Japanese concept founded in 2003. Known for its crazy delicious teriyaki bowls, TMAD offers a customizable, protein-packed menu featuring marinated chicken, steak, salmon, tofu, and fresh veggies over rice or Yakisoba noodles, complemented by signature sauces and sides like eggrolls and edamame. This isn’t your “average teriyaki” – it’s huge bowls of bold, healthy (or not – we don’t judge), over the top awesomeness. Cravings encouraged, chopsticks optional, and fair warning: these bowls are highly addictive. With over 200 shops across 40 states, the brand is rapidly expanding nationwide. Teriyaki Madness is actively seeking dedicated franchise operators of all backgrounds to bring fresh, delicious teriyaki bowls to their neighborhoods.
