Gastronomy takes centre stage on Ibiza’s wild west coast this season, as 7Pines Resort Ibiza unveils its new headline restaurant offering, IKISAKI, a new Nikkesi restaurant perched cliffside hosting uninterrupted ocean views, and where Japanese precision meets the bold, sunlit flavours of Peru.

The launch anchors a wider culinary reinvention at the all-suite 5* resort, joined by the return of fire-inspired Nela with Óscar Salazar, the reimagined Cone Club, and the debut of the immersive, garden-to-table INODEQ Garden, alongside a new poolside Taittinger Champagne Bar.

Set on the impressive shoreline of Ibiza’s Sant Josep area, between the marvelled beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Codolar, overlooking the cosmic silhouette of Es Vedra, the resort’s 2026 season marks a considered evolution and a world-class food scene to travel to.

IKISAKI – Where Japan Meets Peru

IKISAKI introduces an exciting Nikkei concept where Japanese precision meets the bold, sunlit flavours of Peru, elevated with an unmistakable Ibizan spirit.

Meaning “destination” in Japanese, IKISAKI invites guests on a culinary journey through two of the world’s most celebrated cuisines. Vibrant ceviches, delicate tiraditos, expertly prepared sashimi and colourful signature cocktails come together in a menu that celebrates contrast, creativity and craftsmanship. Perfectly balanced signature dishes to know include the feather-light beetroot bread and spicy tuna maki rolls, energetic in both presentation and flavour combination.

Offering panoramic views across the Mediterranean, IKISAKI offers a relaxed and sophisticated setting where exceptional cuisine is complemented by some of the island’s most spectacular sunsets. Returning for the 2026 season, Nela with Óscar Salazar remains one of the resort’s signature dining experiences – a collaboration between the fire-led cooking techniques of acclaimed chefs Hari & Ori with the precision and Mediterranean sensibility of Óscar Salazar.

Signature dishes include scallop with pumpkin, grapefruit and blood orange, and robata-grilled amberjack with confit Jerusalem artichoke and beurre blanc, showcasing a refined simplicity that allows exceptional ingredients to take centre stage. Accompanied by a carefully curated wine selection and panoramic Mediterranean views, Nela continues to celebrate the beauty of seasonal produce, thoughtful preparation and the art of cooking over fire.

Cone Club – Where culinary passion meets soulful service

Set dramatically atop the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean and Es Vedrà, Cone Club remains one of the resort’s most iconic sunset destinations. For 2026, the newly renovated restaurant evolves into a more culinary-led experience, placing exceptional service and effortless hospitality at the heart of the guest journey.

Its iconic Sunset Ritual remains one of the island’s defining moments, with live DJs and performances accompanying Ibiza’s spectacular golden hour. As daylight fades, the experience naturally transitions into an unhurried evening where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Attentive, warm service is paired with a refined dining concept designed for sharing, whether lingering over aperitifs or enjoying a full dinner. As the night unfolds, live music and a relaxed atmosphere capture the rhythm of Ibiza, creating a setting designed to be savoured and enjoyed at its own pace.

INODEQ Garden – Our Recipe is Nature

One of the season’s most exciting additions, INODEQ Garden introduces an immersive dining concept inspired by the philosophy “Our Recipe is Nature”, where nature and gastronomy come together in complete harmony.

Set within a sustainable Ibizan garden cultivated in balance with its natural surroundings, the experience begins amongst the produce itself. Guests are invited to explore, smell and hand-pick sun-ripened vegetables at their peak, discovering ingredients in their purest form before selecting the elements that will shape their own bespoke menu.

Chefs prepare each dish live over open flames, allowing every ingredient to express its natural character. The aromas of fresh herbs, wood smoke and Mediterranean sea air combine to create an experience deeply connected to the landscape, where every dish reflects the moment in which it was chosen, prepared and shared.

Designed exclusively for private events, including weddings, celebrations and intimate gatherings, INODEQ Garden welcomes up to 26 seated guests or 50 standing. Combining fresh produce from the garden with exceptional meats and seafood, the experience offers personalised service in one of Ibiza’s most distinctive open-air dining environments.
