Airbnb Names Booking.com Veteran in Hotel Leadership Shakeup

Airbnb announced that Andrea D’Amico, the current CEO of WeRoad who spent 18 years working on hotels at Booking.com, will become its new VP of Hotels.

D’Amico, who will leave his post at WeRoad but remain on its board, takes over from current head of hotels Jesse Stein, who assumed that role in January. Stein was also Airbnb’s global head of Real Estate, and he will revert to that role as his sole responsibility.
