Hyatt Rolls Out ChatGPT Enterprise Across Its Business

Hyatt said Monday is rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise across its business, expanding access to AI tools in a hotel industry often constrained by siloed data and legacy systems.

The rollout of OpenAI’s business product spans finance, marketing and brand, business development and real estate, product and engineering, and customer experience, the company said, describing it as “a core component of how the business runs day to day.”
