Samhi’s IKEA-Adjacent Hotel Shows Where India Will Grow

Samhi Hotels’ new property in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is spotlighting the trend of mixed-use developments driving Indian hospitality growth.

Samhi has leased the 162-key upscale hotel from Ingka Centres India, part of the Ingka Group, which also operates IKEA. The hotel will be a part of Ingka’s mixed-use Meeting Places concept, Samhi said in a statement on Wednesday. 

This mixed-use development will also house the new IKEA in Noida, real estate firm JLL confirmed to Skift.
