AROYA Cruises Returns to Jeddah for Red Sea Sailings This May

AROYA Cruises, the first Arabian cruise line, is currently making its way to Jeddah, its homeport in the Red Sea, where it will resume scheduled sailings during the month of May.

The upcoming programme features multi-country itineraries across the Red Sea, with calls in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan, combining regional destinations with AROYA’s distinctive onboard experience.

Launching as scheduled on May 14, the sailings will include three-, four-, and five-night itineraries from Jeddah to Yanbu in Saudi Arabia and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, alongside a special itinerary visiting both Sharm El Sheikh and Aqaba in Jordan.

Designed to offer flexibility and convenience, the itineraries cater to guests seeking shorter vacations, particularly families, multigenerational travellers, and groups. With accessible departures from Jeddah, the programme offers an opportunity to experience a range of Red Sea destinations alongside AROYA’s signature Arabian hospitality, diverse dining, entertainment and culturally distinctive experiences.

AROYA Cruises’ return follows strong demand for its Red Sea sailings, with more than 122,000 guests having sailed with the cruise line across its first two seasons. The programme also precedes AROYA Cruises’ second Mediterranean season, running from June through mid-September 2026 as part of the cruise line’s year-round offering. Departing from Galataport Istanbul, the seven-night itineraries will visit destinations across Türkiye, the Greek Islands and Alexandria, Egypt.

Sture Myrmell, President of AROYA Cruises, commented: “Our return to the Red Sea reflects the strong response we have seen across our first two seasons in the region. It also highlights the strength of our offering, which combines highly sought-after destinations with Arabian hospitality and an onboard experience designed for a broad mix of travellers. This return also leads into our Mediterranean season this summer, an exciting part of AROYA’s year-round offering.”
